My experience has turned around after reading the book Master Your Emotions by Thibaut Meurisse. A book that deep dives into the complex & intertwined world of emotions, providing practical strategies for understanding and managing them effectively.
My inability to handle emotions always led me to be
overwhelmed and I must admit, reading this book has surely given me much
clarity of what’s going around my head. By providing some enlightening tips,
Meurisse filled in these gaps.

Just for example, this describes anger as a primary emotion while frustration
as a secondary one. As per Meurisse, unmet
expectations or unresolved conflicts brings rage, by just choosing to
